Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Learning Program Senior Manager with expertise in Operations Data Center training development and execution leveraging the Dayforce LMS platform. The Learning Program Senior Manager supports the philosophy, approach and execution of employee training strategy and programs. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure that data center staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain the facility effectively and safely. This includes creating learning materials, delivering training sessions, and assessing employee competency. They also work with various stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure that programs align with the overall business goals of the data center. 

Additionally, the role will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of all learning systems, including but not limited to Dayforce (LMS), and any other tools required to support the delivery of education to the enterprise. This role involves managing system governance, monitoring system performance, partnering with the broader HR, Operations, and IT team for technical support and ensuring that the systems meet the educational needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build out learning experiences that resonate to an adult learner audience in both industrial and corporate learning environments
  • Manage multiple complex curricula development projects simultaneously
  • Measure impact and quickly revise content/modality to address specific feedback, as needed
  • Understand evaluation and performance data to support data-driven learning solutions
  • Collaborate with HR team members to plan, communicate, implement, and evaluate learning tools for all learning and development programs
  • Own course setup, tracking progress, managing timelines, planning communications and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of LMS and learning delivery, including course management, assign learning plans, and system learning/course configuration.
  • Provide support for employee training program inquires and general learning opportunities.
  • Develop user guides and deliver training sessions to effectively use training and learning systems, features and reporting.
  • Ensure the training and learning systems comply with relevant regulations and standards, including accessibility requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and best practices for all training and learning systems and internal programs.
  • Work with key providers to develop OEM specific learning material.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Generate reports on user activity, course completion, and system usage to inform stakeholders and support decision-making.
  • Support user admin reporting requests and training.
  • Support talent dashboard reporting related to formal learning programs.
  • Implement employee heat map to track employee training proficiency

Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements related to LMS, learning programs, onboarding operations and all employee population.

Skills & Requirements

Education / Experience

Required
  • A or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional technology, educational technology, organizational development or 3+ years of relevant experience in instructional design
  • 7+ Years developing and executing strategies, development and delivery of creative and innovative training solutions
  • 7+ years experience developing training in a variety of delivery modalities in the data center industry
  • Dayforce LMS administration

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes during the build of the company from startup to scale.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
