Position Summary:
The Learning Technologist is responsible for the technical development, implementation, integration, and delivery of multimedia and learning solutions within enterprise systems and environments. This role requires deep expertise in learning technologies, LMS/LXP platforms, multimedia development, and emerging tools to support scalable, just-in-time learning solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
The Learning Technologist partners cross-functionally with Instructional Designers, Content Managers, System Administrators, and Program Managers to design and implement technology-enabled learning ecosystems that are accessible, innovative, and operationally sound.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Systems & Technology
- Administer, enhance, and integrate LMS and LXP platforms (Docebo preferred).
- Ensure seamless system integration to support a robust, just-in-time training ecosystem.
- Recommend and implement technology solutions to meet evolving learning needs.
Multimedia & eLearning Development
- Develop eLearning solutions using tools such as Articulate 360.
- Create high-quality graphics, animations, motion graphics, and video content using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Synthesia) to enhance learning content and delivery.
- Ensure adherence to corporate brand standards and digital asset management practices.
Program & Project Leadership
- Lead technical aspects of training initiatives and system enhancements.
- Identify technical and process risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support program planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
Collaboration & Compliance
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to deliver effective learning solutions.
- Promote accessible design principles across all modalities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and technology guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience in Learning Technology, Adult Learning, Graphic Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience administering and integrating LMS/LXP platforms (Docebo preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience developing eLearning using Articulate 360 or similar tools.
- Experience incorporating AI-driven tools into content development workflows.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles applied in business environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, cross-time-zone environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments.
