Position OverviewWe are seeking a Manager of Enablement & Training Systems to lead the tools, processes, and data that power our global enablement and training programs. This role will be responsible for the infrastructure that supports learning and performance for employees, customers, and partners – ensuring scalable delivery through platforms like Docebo LMS and other related applications. The ideal candidate combines a strong track record of technology ownership with a deep understanding of enablement workflows, learner experiences, and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Ownership - Own and manage the strategy, roadmap, and optimization of Docebo LMS for customers, employees, and partners.
- Serve as the business lead for integrations across adjacent systems to streamline learner and trainer experiences.
- Evaluate and implement new tools to improve enablement efficiency, content development, and process automation.
Operational Leadership
- Build and lead process to effectively manage LMS administration, user support, data analysis, and program operations.
- Standardize content publishing, metadata, tagging, and governance practices across the ecosystem.
- Design repeatable and scalable processes for sales enablement, product training, customer education, and employee development.
Insights & Reporting
· Measure global enablement KPIs and build executive dashboards to track adoption, performance, and impact.
· Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Product Management, and Human Resource teams to deliver cross-functional insights and reporting.
· Design and implement continuous improvements based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in enablement, learning operations, sales ops, or related fields
- 3+ years managing teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Deep experience with LMS platforms (ideally Docebo) and related tools
- Success implementing and scaling technology solutions in B2B environments
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in dashboards, reporting, and analytics
- Experience supporting global learning programs for internal and external audiences
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and content development workflows
