Responsibilities
We’re looking for a future-focused, collaborative, and performance-driven leader to guide a team of 15+ Learning Experience Designers in creating innovative, high-impact learning solutions for Partners across the organization. 

As the Manager, Learning Design, you’ll set the tone for modern learning experiences, elevate the team’s instructional craft, and ensure our learning solutions drive real business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who embraces emerging technologies, coaches teams to technical excellence on multimodality solutions, and naturally builds alignment across a complex ecosystem. 
 
What You’ll Do 
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 15+ Learning Experience Designers, building future-ready skills and elevating design quality. 
  • Translate business needs into modern, engaging learning experiences using advanced adult learning theory, human-centered design, and emerging technologies. 
  • Oversee the design and development of eLearning, ILT/vILT, microlearning, blended programs, simulations, and other scalable learning formats. 
  • Ensure the team effectively uses authoring tools, collaboration platforms, and LMS/LXP environments to build and maintain content. 
  • Partner with SMEs, business leaders, and other learning teams to ensure alignment, reduce duplication, and deliver cohesive learning solutions. 
  • Establish and maintain content standards, templates, accessibility practices, and quality assurance processes. 
  • Manage timelines, resources, and project priorities across a diverse portfolio of learning initiatives.
