Job Description
The Manager, UX and Interactive Products defines the direction for the user journey mapping, MarTech stack, user experience research and site experience testing. As a product owner and a people leader within the marketing and website teams, this role works represents the voice of the customer for the prospective student journey. This role seeks to understand the prospective student’s needs, goals and anxieties then serve provide a journey that supports the prospect to becoming a student.
The primary focus of the Manager, UX and Interactive Products is create meaningful, individualized journeys for prospective students. Through regular monitoring and research the incumbent will lead new initiatives to improve the digital experience of prospective students from initial visit to enrollment. The Manager, UX and Interactive Products acts as a partner with enrollment, EdTech and other stakeholders. This role manages a team that includes testing/research and MarTech stack.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Review technology that supports prospective students to ensure that it is performing in intended ways.
- Develop and update prospective student journey maps, coordinating with enrollment analysts.
- Identify critical areas for improvement and create solutions using technology offerings.
- Act as EdTech/Marketing liaison in the development and maintenance of marketing products.
- Oversee the management of current MarTech stack to optimize utilization.
- Guide the selection and implementation of new MarTech solutions.
- Lead team consisting of conversion testing and UX employees
- Oversee testing operations of the marketing department.
- Develop in-depth understand of prospective students’ experiences so to be able to act as the voice of the prospective students in all conversations and decisions.
- Lead and manage customer experience projects of complex scope spanning across several departments within the organization.
- Responsible for data analysis relating to the user experience, identifying issues and present solutions to marketing and enrollment leadership.
- Lead and manage Marketing’s digital asset management team. Develop DAM strategy and identify opportunities to improve the marketing DAM processes and policies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in managing products and technology
- Understanding of MarTech platforms (Content Management Systems, Forms, A/B Testing Solutions, Databases, Analytics, etc.)
- 5 years of experience in web operations data analysis
- experience leading teams. May be substituted for experience leading cross-functional or cross-departmental large projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AEM and Adobe Analytics a plus
