This position plays a critical role in ensuring that programs effectively serve students and society better, aligning with the institution’s commitment to prepare versatile scholar-leaders for diverse and dynamic career trajectories. This 12-month position serves distance-learning students who require consistent year-round curricular, administrative, and academic support. The role serves as a key liaison between academic departments, a diverse network of faculty, professional affiliates, students, and community partners, fostering innovative online educational programs and expanding the institution’s impact and visibility through meaningful outreach efforts. The Program Director will drive growth in online enrollment, ensure the quality and effectiveness of online offerings, manage program budgets and identify opportunities for collaborative educational and community-focused projects.
