The School of Nursing seeks a Projects Director. The role involves managing all aspects of accreditation and regulatory documentation, including preparing and submitting reports for accrediting bodies such as CCNE, AC-PE, and ACEND. Responsibilities also include handling ARC submissions for new academic programs, overseeing out-of-state authorization applications for post-licensure offerings, and coordinating the collection of new program data. This position plays a key role in supporting the successful launch of new programs by facilitating the transition from planning to implementation and ensuring compliance. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Directs special projects for a non-central division or department. 
  • Manages the strategic planning process and oversees progress toward achieving project goals. 
  • Develops and administers project budgets. 
  • Participates in the identification of funding sources, initiatives and strategies. 
  • Prepares communication documents for articles, reports, and/or presentations. 
  • Develops short and long term project goals and objectives. 
  • Represents and promotes projects at speaking engagements and with various constituencies. 
  • Conducts research, analyzes data and identifies and summarizes trends. 
  • Develops and prepares reports. 
  • Serves as a liaison with other university departments and represents projects at meetings and events. 
  • May hire, supervise and evaluate staff. 
  • Performs related responsibilities as required.

  • Master's degree. 
NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department.
