Summary:
Global Launch at Arizona State University is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven, and highly personable Recruitment & Enrollment Coordinator with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to join our growing international recruitment team This position works alongside the Global Recruitment and Partnership Coordinator to focus on pipeline management, operational efficiency, and conversion optimization across all recruitment channels.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and proactive, someone who enjoys improving systems, tracking data, and ensuring every inquiry receives timely, personalized attention from first contact through enrollment. This position will play a key role in helping Global Launch convert interest into enrollments by strengthening coordination among recruitment, marketing, and admissions.
Position Salary Range:
$48,600 - $50,000
Essential Duties:
- Manage and optimize the recruitment funnel from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication at every stage.
- Maintain and monitor CRM data integrity, creating reports and dashboards to track recruitment and conversion metrics.
- Analyze lead source performance, campaign ROI, and conversion trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist and Admission Specialist to align communications, ensure accurate messaging, and deliver a seamless applicant experience.
- Coordinate workflows between recruiters, marketing, and admissions to prevent bottlenecks and maximize conversion efficiency.
- Generate weekly and monthly funnel reports, providing actionable insights to guide recruitment strategies and inform leadership decisions.
- Support the development and testing of new tools, automations, and templates that improve communication and applicant engagement.
- Contribute to enrollment forecasting by tracking regional and program-specific data.
- Support outreach and recruitment events virtually; occasional international travel may be required.
- Supervise student employee(s) to advance team goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to advance Global Launch enrollment goals.
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in student recruitment, admissions operations, or CRM management (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience tracking and visualizing data trends.
- Familiarity with international student recruitment, ESL, or higher education marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently as part of a distributed team.
- Experience living, studying, or working abroad
- Demonstrated cultural fluency and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Airtable) preferred.
Working Environment:
- Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse
- Frequently required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work
- Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts
- Flexible work arrangement options are available based on job duties and department approval
- Work occasional evenings and weekends to align with international time zones, events, and partner schedules
- Stand for extended periods of time during events and fairs
