Job Description
Join the LEGO® Group in Boston as a dynamic member of our Regional Commercial Development team, where you'll play a key role in bringing our beloved products to life in retail environments! This exciting position is perfect for those who thrive on variety and are eager to dive into the dynamic world of Commercial Planning while helping us achieve our organizational goals.
 
Core Responsibilities

Selling-In Support:
  • Amplify global selling-in materials for local execution with regional data and insights.
  • Lead test & learn and Perfect Store execution in Club, Department Store and Grocery Store formats. Serve as the Customer Team Liaison/Logistical Support for key selling-in windows with these retail partners such as Bi-Annual Line Reviews/Showroom Visits.

Revenue Management and Portfolio:
  • Track listings support (expectations vs actuals) as a key input into proactive Bi-Annual MG theme reviews
  • Own the Assortment Management Tool and Process for the MG.
  • Lead Authorized Seller and MAP Audit Support

Commercial Planning/Business Unit Support:
  • Manage end to end Customer Pulse Process and Deployment for the MG
  • Data/Analytics support within the BU ICP process
  • Own Trade Communications Updates for the MG

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $100,906.00 - $151,360.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
