The Impact you Will Have:
The Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial part of the business systems team at Crucial Learning. In this role, you work with key departments and stakeholders across the organization to discover, create and perform tasks related to business processes and drive business system projects and execution.
This person will work on various business systems and assist with the administration, with emphasis on Salesforce.com, NetSuite and Dell Boomi. This person will leverage the declarative development capabilities of Salesforce and other business systems to customize and integrate the systems. The Salesforce Administrator should possess technical, business and communication skills. This person will work cross collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders to gather and define system and user requirements.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with our user groups to improve existing business system applications and build out new functionality to support our internal and external customers.
- Work with our user groups to discover existing processes that live outside of our business systems and determine best path for process automation.
- Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings for various systems. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and custom workflows.
- Analyze, design, build, test and deploy enhancements to objects, page layouts, workflows, and alerts within business systems.
- Participate in project planning, including task creation, backlog grooming and story updates.
- Perform other duties as may be required.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a business systems environment
- 2+ years administrator experience with Salesforce Lightning and Communities, building applications using standard Salesforce customizations & automation features
- 2+ years administrator experience with NetSuite, managing custom fields, layouts, processes, reporting, and custom scripts
- Demonstrated proficiency interpreting business logic into Salesforce low-code or declarative features, including workflows, validation rules & process builder or flow builder.
- Hands on experience with system integration tools, or iPaas solutions
- Experience with data manipulation and maintenance with Excel, Data Loader and other tools
- Familiar with all or some of the following business system platforms: Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, Cvent, Docusign, ThoughtIndustries, Domo and Dell Boomi
- Skilled at multi-tasking; able to coordinate, organize, prioritize and execute responsibilities in the face of conflicting priorities and unexpected situations
- Self-disciplined, motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
