Senior Admissions Recruiter – College of Science

Purdue University / West Lafayette, Indiana

The College of Science is seeking a Senior Admissions Recruiter to play a key role in shaping and advancing our undergraduate recruitment strategy. This position is ideal for a seasoned, thoughtful professional who brings both a strategic perspective and a strong interest in engaging prospective students. Working with a high level of independence, the Senior Admissions Recruiter develops and implements recruitment initiatives that attract a talented and diverse student population. The role collaborates across the College and with external partners to support enrollment goals while continually refining outreach approaches and the overall recruitment experience.

What you’ll do:

Design and execute recruitment strategies that strengthen and diversify the student pipeline
Build meaningful relationships with prospective students, families, and key partners
Analyze recruitment data, trends, and outcomes to inform decision-making and improve processes
Lead or contribute to projects that enhance the recruitment and yield experience
