Rutgers University is hiring a Senior Project Administrator for the Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs (WRI) at the Camden Campus. The role involves leading and managing complex community-focused research and evaluation projects, serving as Principal Investigator on grants and contracts, managing research teams, and effectively communicating findings to various stakeholders to support public policy and practice in Southern New Jersey.

Lead design, coordination, and management of large mixed-methods research and evaluation projects.
Serve as Principal Investigator on multiple contracts and grants, and project coordinator for additional projects.
Manage relationships with research partners, foundations, state and local agencies, and community organizations.
Oversee research phases including proposal drafting, data collection, analysis, reporting, and dissemination.
Communicate research findings via presentations, panels, webinars, and written materials for diverse audiences.
Mentor and supervise student research assistants and lead research teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Proficiency required with tools such as SPSS, Stata, SAS, R, Python, NVivo, ArcGIS, Qualtrics, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and university administrative systems (RAPPS, eIRB).
Bachelor’s degree and at least five years' experience leading community-focused research projects; advanced degree preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for fieldwork and public engagement across Southern New Jersey.
Salary range from approximately $77,919 to $114,989, commensurate with qualifications and experience, with comprehensive benefits.
