Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Hybrid
Locatrion: Weymouth
Salary: $70,000/year

We are seeking an experienced Senior Training Specialist to lead the design, development and training delivery of courses and programs for Divisional, Management, New Employee Orientation and New Employee Training . Working in conjunction with the Director of Training and subject matter experts, the Senior Training Specialist will perform needs assessments, recommend programs and update curricula as needed in an effort to continuously improve training programs and systems. Additionally, the Senior Training Specialist will monitor and audit certifications systems, provide quality data reports as needed, provide feedback to instructors and work with the Director of Training and Development to plan for multi-media and remote learning modalities.
