SPM Solution Strategist
Location Requirement: This position requires Texas residency.
The SPM Solution Strategist is a cross-functional partner focused on understanding and influencing Frontline Education prospects and client success and shaping our engagement nationally, in partnership with our Student Program Management sales team, reporting to the SPM Sales Director.
As an individual contributor, the SPM Solution Strategist will support the work of Frontline SPM Education Solution Executives aligning Frontline Student Programs Management solutions with district needs. This role will participate in maintaining the position and message of the product line within the Sales team to ensure market fit, increased pipeline generation and conversion to solution sales wins. This includes supporting Frontline’s presence at industry events, leading exploratory sessions and demos as they align with new opportunities and engage with stakeholders cross functionally to increase subject matter expertise and to help shape Frontline’s offerings.
Primary Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline by ensuring exceptional prospect experience and engagement.
- Foster a cooperative and solutions-oriented attitude in environments with finite resources and competing priorities.
- Represent the company at solution-focused events, conferences, user groups, and other high-impact forums, serving as a knowledgeable ambassador for the organization's solutions.
- Act as a bridge between the client and Product Management, Services, Marketing, and Client Success to enhance the value and adoption of the SPM solution area for the company's success.
- Continuously improve subject matter expertise in the SPM suite of solutions and serve as a trusted advisor cross-functionally within Frontline.
- Partner with Sales Operations to refine and improve onboarding and enablement processes for sales representatives in the product area.
- Effectively collaborate with business partners across the organization by navigating the complexities of limited resources and non-traditional reporting structures, fostering seamless partnerships and productive outcomes.
Qualifications
- Self-Motivated Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a subject matter expert in the relevant solution area, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in sales or professional services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Confident in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, with a proven ability to partner with and enable sales teams effectively.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Skilled in delivering engaging, impactful presentations and clear, professional communication.
- Partnerships: Track record of success supporting Frontline teams at all levels, managing complex projects, and applying solution selling techniques.
- Sales Network Development: Experienced in building and supporting effective and high-performing sales representative networks.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% or as business needs dictate.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational abilities, strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and attention to detail.
- Customer-Focused Leadership: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with integrity, as evidenced by building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
- Conflict Management: Skilled in navigating challenging conversations and complex environments using influence rather than authority to achieve desired outcomes.
- Independent and Collaborative Work Style: Self-directed with the ability to operate autonomously while maintaining regular communication with leadership for alignment and support.
- Organizational Alignment: Deep understanding of the organization’s brand, goals, and relationships, with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes within the sales organization and broader business context.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in relevant field related to Frontline SPM offerings.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role includes a bonus, personalized PTO, and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401k, and much more!
