How can you make an impact?

McGraw Hill's higher education division is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to inform and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for SIMnet, a training and assessment platform for Microsoft 365 applications and computer concepts. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and manage integrated marketing campaigns, drive sales enablement strategies, gain market share, and elevate the voice of the customer to influence the developmental roadmap.

 

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute the SIMnet marketing strategy aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation, awareness, and retention; track performance metrics and optimize using data-driven insights.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, product, and marketing teams to align initiatives and lead successful launches of new features, tools, and platform updates.
  • Serve as a platform ambassador by maintaining brand integrity, ensuring consistent messaging, and strengthening market positioning with target audiences.
  • Develop training resources and provide sales support while guiding internal and external stakeholders through product updates, workflow changes, and platform transitions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by leveraging feedback, analytics, and market research to influence product roadmap, improve adoption, and identify competitive trends.

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years in B2B product/platform marketing with a focus on integrated campaigns, GTM strategy, and sales enablement; proven success launching new products or initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical features into clear customer benefits and collaborate effectively cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, leverage analytics tools, and make data-driven decisions to measure campaign success and user engagement.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Creative, curious, and results-driven with the ability to prioritize and execute initiatives that drive market share, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 25% for customer events, trade shows, and internal meetings.

The pay range for this position is between $90,420-$115,000 annually.
