How You Can Make an Impact
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, Platform & Initiatives, this role will focus on developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for McGraw Hill’s accessibility support initiatives, as well as other key strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and ensure that accessibility remains a core pillar of McGraw Hill’s mission to support learners and educators.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. It requires up to 25% travel yearly, such as attendance at customer events, on-site meetings, trade shows, and annual sales meetings.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Accessibility Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for McGraw Hill’s accessibility support initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs 
  • Integrated Campaigns: Design and implement creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads, build awareness, and promote customer retention for accessibility initiatives and other key projects 
  • Voice of the Customer: Act as the advocate for accessibility by gathering customer insights, analyzing data, and influencing the developmental roadmap to enhance product features and usability 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Manager, Accessibility and partner with Product Marketing, Central Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive results 
  • Sales Enablement: Develop training resources and provide sales support to internal and external customers, ensuring they are equipped to communicate the value of McGraw Hill’s approach to accessibility and support
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage customer data and analytics to inform marketing strategies, track campaign performance, and optimize efforts to achieve measurable outcomes 
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in accessibility and key initiatives
  • Digital Faculty Consultants: Identify and establish partnerships with Digital Faculty Consultants to support accessibility and other initiatives, driving customer acquisition and providing support
 
What You Can Bring to the Role:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B Product or Platform Marketing, with a focus on GTM strategy development, sales enablement, and campaign execution 
  • Proven experience launching new products or initiatives in the market 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo), and project management systems (e.g., Asana) 
  • A creative and curious mindset, with the ability to prioritize and execute marketing objectives to grow market share, promote customer retention, and drive revenue 
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer events, trade shows, and internal meetings

Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is between $90,000 and $115,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.  This position includes an annual incentive plan based on company performance.  Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered.
