Job Overview
The Intuit Fintech Risk Operations team protects both Intuit as well as our small business customers from financial losses resulting from fraud or credit risk of accepting payment transactions. The team operates in a dynamic environment and uses extensive research, analysis, and customer empathy to drive decisions that have a significant impact on both our customers and Intuit.

The ideal candidate for this role is able to design, deliver and continually improve effective learning solutions that build the skills and capabilities of our leadership team at all levels to drive business outcomes. Focuses on creating an Onboarding Program for Risk Operations Leaders that aligns with organizational goals and meets the varied needs of our diverse leadership team. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality learning interventions across the organization. Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and shares knowledge and expertise with others.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify leadership development gaps and opportunities
  • Design and develop operational leadership development programs, curricula, and learning materials
  • Utilize various learning methodologies and delivery methods (workshops, e-learning and coaching)
  • Ensure program aligns with organizational goals and strategic priorities

Program Implementation and Management
  • Facilitate operational leadership development sessions and workshops
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to participants

Ongoing Program Evaluation and Improvement
  • Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of the leadership development program
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in leadership development

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Leadership, Learning and Development, or a related field

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, Instructional design
  • Experience in a high volume/ operational environment. Strong skills and understanding of queues and dashboards

Skills
  • Strong knowledge of leadership development principles and best practices
  • Excellent facilitation skills, coaching, and communication skills
  • Strong program management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
