Job Summary 
Provides the highest quality, comprehensive cross-functional student services for identified admissions, financial aid, Registrar, Bursar, and academic records functions. Advises, investigates, problem-solves, and resolves questions and issues from current, previous, and future students, parents, the visiting public, and the Cleveland State University (CSU) community. Works closely with colleagues across campus to provide efficient and effective referral services for students who need assistance from academic service areas. Participates in the development and implementation of new strategies to enhance the operation of All-in-One/Campus411 and increase the efficiency of service functions within the Center. Interacts with all internal and external customers modeling professional courtesy, respect, and quality service behaviors. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree. Previous experience working with integrated software systems (as an end user). Four (4) years progressively responsible experience in at least one of the following functions: admissions, academic records, registration, financial aid, Bursar, or related service function in a higher education setting, or in an equivalent service environment. Previous experience working with Microsoft Office suite, the internet, and integrated software systems. Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends and travel off-campus as needed.

Preferred Qualifications  | Master’s degree preferably in higher education administration or student personnel services and administration. Experience working with two or more of the administrative service functions covered by admissions, enrollment, or previous experience providing similar services in complex organizations covering multiple functional units. Working knowledge of CRM and application administration system e.g., PeopleSoft, OnBase, PowerFaids and Slate.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)  | Knowledge of higher education organizational structures and protocols. Knowledge of, and ability to execute superior student service methodologies. Effective written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and decision-making abilities. Ability to engage, communicate, and resolve issues with students of diverse backgrounds and needs. Ability to effectively engage with team members when issues arise to ensure appropriate communication and develop effective resolution plans. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint; and higher education software applications such as PeopleSoft, OnBase, PowerFaids, Slate, and Parchment.
