In this newly created SVP role you will lead enterprise data governance, corporate systems, and IT operations. Building the infrastructure to scale the business, enable AI readiness, and strengthen cross-functional execution. You will be accountable for the ongoing delivery of critical business intelligence to drive enterprise decision making.

What you’ll do:
  • Enterprise Data Strategy & Governance - Co-chair with Engineering to establish and lead a unified, company-wide data governance framework, ensuring consistency, security, and compliance across both product and business data.
  • Enterprise Business Intelligence & Insights - Build and own an enterprise-wide BI strategy that delivers trusted, real-time dashboards and actionable insights to the Executive Committee, Senior Leadership Team, GTM, Customer Success, and Product. Establish a “single source of truth” for operational metrics and proactively surface risks and opportunities to drive accountability and business performance.
  • Core Business Platforms Oversight - Oversee CRM, billing, RevOps systems, and internal tools, ensuring scalability, integration, and operational excellence.
  • Corporate IT & Infrastructure Leadership - Manage help desk, devices, and enterprise systems to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient internal operations.
  • Cross-Functional Data Council - Launch and lead a governance body to set integration standards, enforce data accountability, and align data practices across departments.
  • Strategic Partnerships with Senior Leaders - Serve as a senior cross-functional partner to the CTO, CISO, and other executives to align technology, security, and enterprise operations.
  • Team Leadership & Growth - Inherit and expand a high-performing team spanning IT, Enterprise Systems, portions of RevOps, and potentially Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

The Role Is:
  • Focused on internal enterprise data, BI delivery, and cross-functional insights that drive business performance.
  • Strategic, cross-functional, and foundational to how we scale.
  • A senior partner to the EC in shaping enterprise technology and data strategy to deliver business insights.
  • Central to AI readiness, systems integrity, and data-driven decision-making.

The Role Is Not:
  • A role that builds customer-facing data products (primary stakeholder is internal)
  • A pure InfoSec/security leadership role

What you will need to know/have:
  • Senior leadership experience (SVP, VP, or equivalent) in enterprise analytics and business intelligence,  data governance, corporate systems, and IT.
  • Proven track record in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
  • Overseeing core business platforms (CRM, billing, RevOps) and cross-system integration with data managed within the R&D systems.
  • Managing corporate IT operations, security, and infrastructure.
  • Scaling systems, processes, and teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in architecting and scaling an enterprise BI ecosystem (including data warehouse, visualization tools, and governance processes) for a high-growth organization.
  • Proven success delivering business-critical dashboards and insights that directly influenced GTM, customer success, and product strategy.
  • Expertise in integrating data from CRM, billing, product usage, and customer support systems into unified reporting platforms.
  • Strong track record of enabling self-service analytics across functions while maintaining data integrity and governance.
It would be a bonus if you also had:
  • AI/ML infrastructure or data readiness experience.
  • M&A systems integration background.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, or similar tools.
  • Multi-region compliance expertise.
  • GRC leadership or oversight experience.
