Advertised Job Summary 
Provides systemwide technical and professional services. Manages the service delivery process associated with all aspects of procurement and assisting with contract administration. Assisting and advising the sytemwide University community on procurement policies and regulations as it relates to the acquisitions of items required for departmental operations and optimizing procurement processes to support organizational objectives.1
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience  | Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 4 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Preferred Qualifications  | Knowledge of University policies and procedures as it relates to procurement.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities  
Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies and procedures relevant to area of employment. Knowledge of University policies and procedures as it relates to procurement. A knowledge of University funding sources and SC Consolidated Code. Proficiency in computer operations and working knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Ability to collect, compile and assemble information in a clear and concise manner; to present ideas effectively, orally and in writing; to organize and maintain data (computer and hardcopy) effectively; ability to establish and maintain working relationships; communicate effectively with systemwide department personnel and general public.

Systemwide responsibility of developing and managing an effective contract administration process. Reviews term contract files for completeness and accuracy. Generates reports and analysis from financial systems to provide insight into contract expenditures and trends. Fosters a culture of compliance by ensuring all staff are aware of contract management policies and procedures. Assists procurement officials with aspects of contract administration.
