Job Description Summary:The Talent Development Specialist – Learning Systems is responsible for owning and optimizing the end-to-end learning experience within Workday Learning, as well as supporting LinkedIn Learning as part of the broader learning ecosystem. This role partners closely with Talent Development, HRIS, and business stakeholders to ensure learning content is structured, governed, and delivered to support employee development and enable meaningful training insights. 

This role is fully remote. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Description:

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Own the structure, organization, and governance of learning content and experiences within Workday Learning  
  • Lead the evolution and consolidation of learning content and programs into Workday Learning  
  • Build and manage courses, learning paths, programs, campaigns, assignments, and certifications  
  • Define and maintain content standards, including taxonomy, tagging, audiences, and prerequisites, to ensure a consistent and scalable learner experience  
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to intake, organize, and maintain learning content  
  • Support deployment of learning programs across instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced modalities  
  • Own and enhance certification tracking and reporting to improve data accuracy, visibility, and compliance  
  • Partner with instructional designers, content creators, and third-party vendors to maintain digital learning assets  
  • Manage LinkedIn Learning access and learner experience, including account setup, troubleshooting login issues, reporting, and curating relevant content to support development needs 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting learner and manager experience, including access, enrollment, completions, and navigation  
  • Drive adoption and engagement by improving accessibility, usability, and overall learner experience  
  • Enable accurate training reporting by structuring learning data and leveraging Workday Learning reporting capabilities  
  • Analyze learning data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve experience and adoption  
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Learning, enabling stakeholders, content owners, and trainers through training and best practices  
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance usability, navigation, and overall learning experience  
  • Partner with HRIS to support system capabilities while representing Talent Development priorities and learner needs 
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization  
  • Other duties as assigned 

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or instructional design  
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and enhancing learning experiences within Workday Learning, including courses, programs, campaigns, engagements, and audiences  
  • Workday Learning Certificate - Preferred
  • Experience owning, organizing, and deploying learning content within an LMS at scale  
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, UX/UI principles, and instructional design best practices  
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts in a consultative capacity  
  • Experience managing learning content lifecycle, including creation, updates, and governance  
  • Experience using learning data and reporting to drive insights and improvements  
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and learner experience  
  • Ability to bring structure and organization to complex or unstructured learning environments  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a systems-thinking mindset  
  • Experience using Workday Learning features such as Engagement Builder  
  • Experience supporting or leading LMS implementations or major optimizations  
  • Experience creating dashboards or advanced reporting for learning analytics  
  • Familiarity with content repositories or digital asset management practices  
  • Experience with Workday Learning configuration beyond content management  
  • Experience using AI and automation to enhance learning operations, content management, or user experience
