  • Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, minimum five years in program coordination or administration, and two years supervisory experience.
  • Preferred experience includes student accounting, financial aid, and knowledge of Rutgers systems such as Oracle Cloud Financial Management, Tableau, Salesforce CRM, IMS, FAMS, NSLDS, HESAA, and ImageNow.
  • Position requires attending off-campus functions and availability for weekends/evenings as needed.
