The Training Coordinator supports the successful deployment of training and talent development initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics and scheduling of training sessions using various delivery methods and techniques. The coordinator assists in creating and distributing communication materials and presentations to support training and development programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. High school/ diploma/ or equivalent.
  2. Two years related experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Supports deployment of training initiatives including coordinating logistics and scheduling sessions; utilizes a variety of delivery methods/techniques.
  2. Assists in the creation and distribution of talent management communications, materials and presentations to support various training and development initiatives.
  3. Tracks and reports on performance metrics of talent development programs; collects data to support decision-making related to program investments, improvements, prioritization and ongoing effectiveness.
  4. Maintains accurate talent management records including performance evaluations, development plans and succession planning documentation.
  5. Assists in the administration of talent-related policies, procedures and guidelines ensuring adherence to legal requirements, regulatory standards and company policies.
