The Training Design and Delivery Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs using standardized materials and instructional methodologies to ensure alignment with established learning objectives. This role supports training needs assessments by collecting and analyzing data from surveys, interviews, and performance metrics. The position contributes to the continuous improvement of training content by reviewing and updating materials based on accuracy and participant feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities
