THE ROLE
As a Training Manager, you will train the part-time coaches in your region through ongoing training implementation and supporting program launches. This role works within the Curriculum & Training department directly reporting to the Lead Training Manager.

Responsibilities:
Coach Training & Support 
  • Provide high-quality onsite training to part-time coaches in the region through ongoing coaching and modeling in a standardized manner. 
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training and provide support during program times. 
  • Conduct coach observations and evaluations on a rotating basis to ensure coaches are well trained, supported, and job duties are met. 
  • Perform in-person and virtual training for coaches on Elevo curriculum and our multi-tiered system of support (MTSS), including behavior management, social-emotional support, trauma-informed care, and restorative practices. 
  • Complete C&T’s Subject Matter Expertise & Virtual Training Certification Program.

Internal Collaboration & Operations Support

  • Collaborate with the Lead Training Manager to create a roadmap of continual training and support in the region. Liaise effectively with Operations Managers and Regional Managers to address regional program training needs.
  • Ensure all local operations management are adequately trained and supported on Elevo’s curriculum and behavior support systems.
  • Support field interviews in the region as needed. 

Quality Assurance Measures

  • Monitor and maintain training fidelity across the region.
  • Use evaluation data and observation feedback to adjust training strategies and coach support onsite.
  • Identify trends and gaps in training implementation and recommend improvements. 
  • Ensure training is aligned with Elevo standards, MTSS practices, and overall program expectations. 
  • Support ongoing compliance with Elevo’s program expectations and documentation standards. 

Performance & Accountability

  • Own and track progress toward individual KPIs.

Travel & Events

  • Participate in department travel events as determined (ToT, company events, etc.).
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, as required by the district.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in training design and implementation
  • Visit school sites in your region 5 days per week to model, support, and train part-time coaches while also supporting field operations
Preferred:
  • Experience in education, in-school programming, and/or enrichment programs for TK-6th grade
  • Experience with in-person/on-site training preferred
  • Experience with sports training preferred

This position's target annual base pay range is $60,000 - $70,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
