Job Description Summary
Covenant School seeks highly energetic and positive individuals with a heart for kids to come in and impact the lives of the youth.

Must have availability from Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm or Tuesday and Thursday from 3 pm to 6 pm.
Responsibilities
Tutoring:
  • Organize and prepare an engaging learning environment focused on academic subjects and responsibilities.
  • Provide group tutoring sessions, assisting children in subjects such as literature, math, language arts, and physical education.
  • Reinforce positive attitudes, social skills, and civic responsibility, encouraging youth to become active, informed members of their communities.
Program Participation & Role Modeling:
  • Promote program participation by engaging youth in both sports and educational activities, highlighting the importance of teamwork, discipline, and community involvement.
  • Provide guidance and serve as a role model, demonstrating the values of responsibility, respect, and commitment to both sportsmanship and civic engagement.
  • Establish and maintain a safe environment with clear rules and expectations, ensuring that youth feel supported in their academic and athletic endeavors.
Safety & Program Quality:
  • Uphold the quality of both sports programs and academic support services, contributing to a well-rounded, holistic experience for all participants.
  • Assist in additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the overall success of the program.
Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
