Highlights

Require post-baccalaureate degree or a relevant bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in related educational or counseling roles.
Require 1-3 years of experience in high school counseling, college access, community leadership, grant management, or related fields.
Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse student populations and educators.
Must hold a valid North Carolina driver's license.
Preferred qualifications include experience with TRiO or similar equity programs and bilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
Salary range is $45,000 - $55,000 annually for a full-time permanent position.
