Account Lead Full Description

As an account lead, you will develop, plan, and manage brand innovation partnerships while conducting thorough research on new markets to build connections for SCADpro, the university’s boutique creative consultancy. You will manage existing SCADpro partnerships and oversee the development of key partnerships for the department across all SCAD academic programs. Among other duties, you will provide logistical support to internal and external stakeholders and host meetings or tours for them. Responsibilities include the development, coordination, and delivery of professional presentations, as well as the implementation of SCADpro initiatives, with tracking of results. Additionally, you will manage student work studies and SCAD communications to produce print and digital collateral projects for SCADpro and facilitate training events that help the SCAD community understand department expectations and processes for successful partnerships.   

The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. They will also have strong organizational and networking abilities to handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate is assertive and demonstrates creative problem-solving skills.

Minimum qualifications:  
·      At least three years of experience within a results-driven environment 
·      Sales and management experience
·      Familiarity with creating and delivering professional presentations, working within multidisciplinary teams, and providing student mentorship 
Certificates, licenses, and registrations:  
·      Valid driver’s license  
Travel required:  
·      Less than 10%  

Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
