Develop and deliver training sessions for managers, supervisors, and HR representatives.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as collective bargaining agreements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
Substantial relevant experience or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required; ADA certification and HR certifications preferred.
Annual salary of $75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Position reports to the Director of Employee and Labor Relations within the Employee & Labor Relations department.
Benefits eligible classified staff position exempt from collective bargaining.
