Physical Requirements  | Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 25 lbs. Standing, walking, and sitting. Sitting at computer workstation for extended periods.
Shift  | Monday through Friday, 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, with additional hours required
as needed.

If so, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity as an HRIS/Compensation Systems Specialist Senior at the University of Kentucky!In this role, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) & Compensation systems while ensuring seamless integrations with related technologies. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Analytics, and IT teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in compensation planning and system management.Key Responsibilities: Serves as the administrator for compensation technology systems. Develop and implement system enhancements to streamline HR and compensation processes. Develop reports to support Compensation initiatives, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Uses data findings to promote accurate system updates and improve data entry practices. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and integration issues in partnership with vendors, HR users, and customers. Provide training directly to users and through the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Contributes to continuous improvement efforts across HR and compensation systems. Ensure compliance with university policies and applicable laws related to compensation and HR data.  What We’re Looking For: Experience with HRIS platforms and compensation systems. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for data integrity and reporting accuracy. Ability to troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in HR technology implementation and system optimization is a plus.
