Piper Companies is looking for a Learning Engineer to join a learning solutions provider supporting customers across the U.S in a remote role working EST hours. The ideal Learning Engineer will help clients connect Cisco technologies with the right training and learning paths to ensure successful adoption. This is a technical role with a sales mindset.

Responsibilities for the Learning Engineer:
  • Partner with customers to align their technology purchases with the right learning solutions (digital, instructor-led, labs, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering teams to integrate learning into active deals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them onboard, install, and support specific technologies through tailored training paths.
  • Be the bridge between technical knowledge and customer success.

Qualifications for the Learning Engineer:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering or learning solutions role.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and customer success teams.
  • Experience recommending or delivering technical training solutions is a plus.
  • Certifications in CCST, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE highly preferred

Compensation/Benefits for the Learning Engineer:
  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
