Job Summary  | Manages administrative and budgetary operations of the head of college or division. Serves as primary point of contact for operational and administrative complex and confidential issues. Provides administrative support in areas of programs and project planning, research development and analysis, and special projects. Supervises assigned personnel. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications  | Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration or related field. Four (4) years of experience in a senior administrative role. Supervisory or leadership experience. Related work experience may be substituted for education requirement. One (1) year of related work experience can be substituted for one (1) year of education. For example, a candidate with a high school diploma, GED or state recognized equivalent and eight (8) years of related work experience can be eligible to apply.

Preferred Qualifications  | Senior administrative experience in a higher education or financial setting. Experience in budget management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 
Ability to interact professionally with all internal and external customers using strong customer service skills and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and access. Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to details and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills with attention to detail. Ability to possess a high degree of confidentiality to available information. Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and tackle emergencies and difficult situations. Detail-oriented and capable of managing large amounts of data, maintain detailed comprehensive records, analyze, and organize information, have effective project, and time management skills. Ability to oversee a budget and manage budgetary processes. Ability to successfully perform general math calculations and have strong calculation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
