Job Summary
Partner with product marketing and industry marketing managers. Develop a variety of product and industry-focused content, such as; videos and webinars, product and industry web pages, demos and code examples, and technical articles, e-books, whitepapers, blog posts. Develop market insights via market and industry research, product revenue and seat analyses, and win and loss analysis. Contribute to marketing priorities, such as, web search marketing, market opportunities, product lifecycle and strategy development, and Sales Kick-off (SKO) and MATLAB Expo. Responsible for driving digital marketing strategy, messaging, and field support for Simulink and Model-Based Design. Lead the development and application of web-based marketing techniques to help users discover relevant Simulink capabilities. Create videos that gets tens of thousands of views on YouTube. Develop technical web content. Develop technical presentations and demonstrations for use by a worldwide technical field team. Mentor and support Simulink Product Managers to drive awareness of new features. Own Simulink web search marketing strategy. Manage Simulink web content. May telecommute up to 40%.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Information Design, Engineering [any], Computer Science, or a related field and no experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Design, Engineering [any], Computer Science, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Marketing Engineer-related occupation.

Position requires demonstratable experience with the following:
  1. MATLAB for numerical computing and data analysis, Simulink for system modeling and simulation, and expertise in Model-Based Design for developing and testing control systems.
  2. Skilled in using modeling tools such as Simulink, Stateflow, Requirements Toolbox, Simulink Test, and Embedded Coder for embedded software development and verification, including requirements linking, test authoring and execution, and code generation.
  3. In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing Machine Learning and Deep Learning models using MATLAB, including tools such as Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox and Deep Learning Toolbox.
  4. Utilizing business analytics tools, including advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros), building interactive dashboards in PowerBI, and performing web analytics with Adobe Analytics.
  5. Create engaging technical marketing content, including designing and delivering video webinars, developing SEO-optimized and interactive web pages, authoring in-depth ebooks, and writing thought-leadership whitepapers.
  6. Demonstrated excellent customer interaction skills, with experience in conducting customer needs assessments, providing technical support, and training customers on product features and new releases.
