Job Description
Marshall University is contracted to perform various quality assurance and fidelity activities for the state of WV. The Quality Assurance and Fidelity Director would be responsible for working with the state to implement QA and Fidelity efforts, analyze data and produce reports with plans for improvement.
Applicants can be located anywhere in WV or bordering states but must have worked with WV youth. The position is remote.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for working with the TCOM Director to establish fidelity plans for TCOM and Wraparound.
• Work with the National Wraparound Implementation Center and the Wraparound Evaluation and Research Team to implement the WFI-EZ and the DART
• Work with the Public Consulting Group and the WV CANS System to insure system is functional for all provider types
• Provide training and technical assistance in regards to fidelity instruments and processes.
• Supervise the TCOM and Fidelity Experts (Wraparound Focused) staff
• Must be able to work from home.
• Must be certified in the Child Adolescent Needs and Strengths Tool(CANS) tool; Expert or Advanced CANS Expert status preferred but not required.
• Must have experience in the wraparound process and TCOM.
• Must have be able to work with large sets of data and to develop useful reports.
• Must be able to work from home and work flexible hours.
• Ability to organize trainings and to train diverse groups; ability to work through barriers in training and technical assistance; ability to work with DHHR and community agencies.
• Knowledge of the Wraparound process.
• Ability to work in a variety of data bases and use virtual training platforms

Location | OTHR - Other Off-Campus Location
Salary Range | $70,000-$72,000- Salary is commensurate with experience and internal equity
Required Qualifications
Education | Minimum M.A. or M.S. degree in Human Service related field (counseling, psychology, social work) or a B.A. or B.S. with experience in wraparound, fidelity, or quality assurance.
Experience | • Must be certified in the Child Adolescent Needs and Strengths Tool(CANS) tool; Expert or Advanced CANS Expert status preferred but not required.
