Job Description
As the Paid Social Media Enablement Manager, you will play a vital role in strengthening the structure, governance, and strategic alignment that supports our global paid social media efforts. Rather than leading campaigns directly, your work will focus on enabling success by collaborating with internal teams, platform partners, and external consultants to streamline execution, share findings, and ensure global consistency. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, processes, and platforms. It is ideal for those who want to help build the systems behind impactful media work!
This is a short-term contract that will run through the end of October 2026, depending upon business needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Support Global Governance & Policy Adherence: Partner with internal collaborators to consult on traffic light policies and ensure global governance frameworks are applied consistently across paid social campaigns.
- Drive Platform Partnerships & Coordination: In tandem with the Media Partnerships team, handle relationships with global platform partners (YouTube/Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)—surfacing innovation opportunities, resolving blockers, and coordinating global alignment.
- Facilitate Paid & Organic Social Integration: Help connect teams across Paid and Organic Social by sharing takeaways, testing outcomes, and integrated guidelines.
- Maintain Documentation & Knowledge Repositories: Own global documentation of campaign testing roadmaps, platform pricing nuances, and activation procedures to enable consistency and clarity across markets.
- Lead Playback Sharing & Stakeholder Communication: Organize and socialize key campaign playbacks, insights, and platform updates with internal partners and local market teams.
- Handle 3rd Party Collaboration: Coordinate with external consulting partners (e.g., LDS, global advisors) on research, frameworks, and special projects that support paid social media maturity.
- Support Strategic Platform Identification & Innovation: Track new opportunities across emerging platforms and tools, helping assess fit and readiness for global scaling.
