Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting Stride’s candidate selection and hiring processes for a designated client group and responds to a myriad of recruitment-related inquiries with a focus on ensuring optimal stakeholder experiences. The incumbent also provides support to the Director, TA Strategy & Operations by addressing first tier team escalations and supporting KPI management and process improvements.

Interview Process
• Monitors the completion of on-demand interviews and follows up with candidates as needed to support timely submission of interviews;
• Confirms hiring team scheduling availability and coordinates face-to-face interviews as determined by selection procedures for assigned requisitions;
• Creates and edits Hirevue positions including adding evaluators and populating custom fields used for reporting purposes;
• Performs audits to ensure manager evaluations are completed on a timely basis;
• Acts as subject matter expert (SME) on Stride’s interview steps and system, troubleshooting and consulting hiring leaders and candidates.
Background Checks
• Initiates background check orders and monitors completions, follows up with stakeholders as necessary;
• Partners with HR Compliance on issues and escalations;
• Collaborates with stakeholders on progress, potential delays and changes to candidate start dates. Hiring/Preboarding
• Ensures receipt of signed offer letters and school-specific pre-employment documents from candidates, follows up as needed;
• Partners with stakeholders on what to expect of the hiring process once a background clears. Candidate Inquiries
• Using a ticketing system, responds to a variety of inquiries regarding Stride’s hiring processes, procedures, and status;
• Proactively escalates trends or issues to the Director, TA Strategy & Operations.
Operational Support
• Handles first tier escalations within the TA Operations workspace of HR’s ticketing system;
• Creates/maintains response templates and knowledge center for common TA Operations inquiries; • Maintains the TA Operations team playbook and SOPs
• Supports interview system maintenance and audits.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Two (2) years’ experience in talent acquisition, human resources operations, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Proficiency using MS365 including Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong technical aptitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to clear required background check

- Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
- We anticipate this position will pay an hourly rate of $25..00 to $33.67. This rate is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
