Training Specialist

Location: New Orleans, LA
Summary
The Training Specialist is responsible for the planning, design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs for the Oracle Cloud modules in ERP (Finance), HCM (Human Resources), EPM (Enterprise Performance Management for Budgeting and Planning), and FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence). This position works on training that will be offered through multiple modalities including Oracle Guided Learning in the system, instructor-led in-person sessions, live Zoom webinars, and asynchronous, recorded courses.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Proficiency in coordinating training in multiple modalities, including in-person, virtual, and asynchronous formats.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Learner-focused with ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to develop a comprehensive training plan.
• Skilled in administering a training program.
• Competent in training content management.
• Skilled in training delivery coordination.
• Collaboration skills.
• Competencies in training evaluation and reporting.
• Effective in ongoing training support.
Required Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience in coordinating training programs for cloud implementations and developing tailored training programs.
OR
• High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 9 years of experience in coordinating training programs for cloud implementations and developing tailored training programs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle Cloud training, specifically in a university setting, notably in ERP, HCM, and EPM modules and with Oracle Guided Learning.
• Familiarity with the higher education sector.
• Experience with Oracle Journeys.
• Experience with change management practices.
Compensation Information
