Position Summary

Catapult Learning is seeking a Tutor to provide contracted instructional services at Juniper Elementary School in Hesperia, CA, on a part-time basis (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 3:30pm-5:30pm). This role delivers reading, mathematics, and writing instruction tailored to individual student needs.

Responsibilities

Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed instructional delivery methods as determined by the Company
Consult with school personnel to coordinate efforts in providing services to students
Communicate and conference with parents, providing information on student progress
Attend training sessions and deliver designated instructional models and strategies in readiness, reading, mathematics, and writing using Company-designed materials
Develop and maintain individualized, skill-appropriate lesson plans
Ensure supervision of students, including escorting students safely to and from sessions
Maintain student forms and files as required by the Company, local, state, and federal agencies
