About This Opportunity:
As the Vice President, Employee Success, you will lead a high-impact team responsible for shaping and driving talent success for our global team of 1,000 Docebians. In this role, you will oversee HR Business Partnering, Performance and Talent Programs, Leadership Development, Employee Relations and Culture & Belonging and, ensuring that our people strategies align with our business goals. In addition to being a critical member of the People leadership team and reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will also partner closely with Docebo’s Learning team and our Chief Learning Officer as an important internal customer and stakeholder. 

This role will play a critical role in supporting our mission of becoming an AI-First Learning organization by fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and adaptability. You will be responsible for developing strategies that equip our workforce with the skills, leadership, and mindsets necessary to thrive in an AI-driven future.

Responsibilities:
Culture & Employee Experience
  • Champion a strong, inclusive, and high-performance company culture that aligns with our values and AI-First Learning strategy.
  • Develop a cohesive culture and employee experience strategy and serve as a cultural champion responsible for translating that strategy into deeply meaningful experiences across the company
  • Design and implement talent programs and communications that foster a culture of innovation, impact, transparency and continuous learning
  • Lead global employee listening strategies, including surveys and feedback mechanisms, to drive continuous improvement
  • Care for and foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive global workplace culture including designing and delivering initiatives that promote a culture of true inclusion and belonging
HR Business Partnering & Employee Support
  • Lead a team of global HR Business Partners (HRBPs) who act as strategic advisors to leadership across all functions. Our current HRBP team members are located in Italy, US, and Canada currently and service 11 countries worldwide. 
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and people strategies to drive performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Provide executive coaching to senior leaders, ensuring they have the tools and insights to lead in an AI-driven, innovative and change agile organization.
  • Develop employee relations strategies, practices and processes strategies to ensure a fair, consistent, and legally compliant workplace. Deliver this work in a way that mitigates risk and supports a positive and transparent environment.
  • Serve as a key advisor on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and leading the company, teams and individuals through organizational change. You will bring your expertise and knowledge from past experiences working with EMEA and North American countries to enable your success. 
Talent & Leadership Success
  • Design and implement development frameworks that enable career growth, leadership readiness, and AI-focused skill-building in partnership with our Learning team and Chief Learning Officer.
  • Oversee leadership programs, succession planning, and high-potential talent initiatives, ensuring employees are prepared for an AI-driven future.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to create training programs that build AI literacy, adaptability, and leadership capabilities at all levels.
  • Design and implement Talent and Performance management programs to drive and foster a high performance culture and retain our top performing talent
  • Lead a small but mighty team of culture and program leaders leading this work.

Experience and Requirements: 
  • You are a talented and experienced People leader with 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within global technology organizations
  • You have extensive experience with executive-level business partnering and leading and developing Talent and Culture initiatives for 600+ employee organizations
  • You had led workforce transformation and change management initiatives and are excited about leading Docebo as we transform to embrace our AI and digital learning strategy
  • You have extensive experience designing, developing and driving key initiatives across the company with a focus on Talent Management, Organizational Design and programming that helps drive a high performance/high engagement culture
  • You bring proven experience developing organizational designs for either tech and product teams or revenue organizations
  • You have led the design and delivery of talent management practices including headcount and workforce planning
  • You bring global experience and knowledge to manage sensitive and complex employee relations matters, including knowledge of basic employment law and practices within EMEA and US/Canada; experience working with Italy, France and Germany is a plus! 
  • You are a phenomenal leader– someone who cares deeply for your team and brings out the best in them. You enjoy sharing information, providing clarity, structure and mentorship to ensure your team performs at their very best 
  • You have exceptional stakeholder management skills, have a strong business and financial acumen and expertly partner across all areas of the business and geographies
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and leverage data to drive solid decision-making, drive proven ROI and measurement of People programs and initiatives
  • You are an excellent communicator and story teller, able to create compelling written communications and verbally communicate information in an engaging and effective way
  • You have a track record of moving from strategy to execution to get result and are both a strategic thinker as well as someone comfortable being hands on
  • You bring a growth mindset and a positive, solution oriented approach to any challenges and opportunities you face
