About You
You have at least 8 years of relevant experience from B2B sales, marketing, customer success and/or business development. At least 3 of them from leadership positions where you have been driving and delivering revenue growth based on data driven optimisation. 
In addition these are some of the skills and experiences we think are important for this role (you don’t have to check all the boxes): 
  • Experience from working within a global environment. Our company language is English and all contracts are in English.
  • Experience with the ed-tech industry.
  • Experience from SaaS companies.
  • Ability to craft and execute business strategies.
  • Experience working with legal teams to manage contract risk.
  • Solid understanding and experience with data driven optimization and revenue growth.

Goals and Responsibilities
Your main goal is to deliver revenue growth. You will be directing our sales, customer success, legal and marketing staff. At the time of writing the team you will be managing consists of six people;  a sales manager, a customer success manager, three sales and customer success specialists and a sales assistant. We are in the process of hiring a marketing specialist and a 50 % legal counsel. As part of our management team you will also take part in shaping the company’s strategy and executing it.
