About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Sales Ops administrator/Deal Desk Associate to join our Revenue Operations team on a temporary basis. This role serves as the final checkpoint in the sales process, ensuring every deal is accurate, compliant, and fully documented before completion.

This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced high volume environment and can identify issues before they become problems.

Duration: April – October
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $20–$25/hour (W2, not 1099)
Classification: Temporary, full-time 40 hours per week; not eligible for company benefits

Key Responsibilities

Audit & Validation

  • Review quotes and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness

  • Ensure alignment with internal policies and customer requirements

Inbox Management

  • Monitor the shared Orders inbox on an hourly basis

  • Prioritize requests based on urgency and ensure timely processing

PO Recovery & Follow-Up

  • Proactively retrieve time-sensitive purchase orders

  • Coordinate with Sales Representatives and customer Accounts Payable teams

Cross-Functional Problem Solving

  • Identify missing information or inconsistencies in Salesforce

  • Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve issues quickly

Data Accuracy & Entry

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal records in Salesforce

  • Ensure all finalized agreements are properly documented

Qualifications

Detail-Oriented Mindset

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle errors

Technical Proficiency

  • Comfortable working in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
