Direct the planning and management of administrative services for the Capital Replacement Team. Oversee the development of organizational changes, policies, procedures, and guidelines in support of programs and services. Develop and oversee the implementation of capital construction policies, procedures, and project templates. Determine and enforce standard procedures for evaluation of proposals, bids, and contractor performance. Directly manage projects and provide management supervision to project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with the University and client requirements.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction.
10+ years of progressively responsible project management experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
In-depth knowledge of a broad range of planning and construction principles and practices. Proven ability to plan and implement long-term strategies for managing complex projects and resources. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $130,000.00 to USD $170,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
